RETURNS POLICY

All sale items are final sale.
We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare case that an item is received with a defect or damage, we will provide a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days of receiving the item, along with photographic proof of the defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply too small or too large. We provide complete sizing information, and it is the customer's responsibility to measure accurately before making a purchase.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by Grace Jewelry within 30 days of the purchase.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee per package.
  • Customers must notify us before returning any items. Please send us your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand-new condition and in their original packaging as you received them.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. The refundable amount will be the item total minus a 30% restocking fee. Our customer service team is always available to assist you with any concerns.

REFUNDS POLICY

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to returning items. After receiving the returned item, Grace Jewelry will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase price minus the 30% restocking fee. Grace Jewelry will not issue refunds for orders not received due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout, unless the order is marked undeliverable and returned to Grace Jewelry. In the case of a missing package for orders placed within the United States, we will offer a refund or send out a new package, but this only applies to packages that were never delivered. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the postal service to resolve the issue. You must file a claim with the postal service for any missing packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To initiate an exchange, please contact us first for approval. Once the return is approved, print your email invoice and include it with the item you are returning. On the invoice, please specify what you would like to exchange. After we receive your return, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
